Estimating the value of your product or project is essential when discussing with investors and potential partners.

We typically recommend to build a risk-adjusted NPV model to be used in combination with benchmark deal values. The model will for example help identifying the crucial parameters for commercial success, the sensitivity of these parameters and how value is split between deal parties.
